Is vietIQ really free?
Yes. The full A0 → C2 path, tone correction, reviews and culture are free. The project runs on a nearly free infrastructure and the price shows it.
I’m starting from zero, is it for me?
That’s exactly why level A0 exists: the alphabet, the tones, your first sentences. You move lesson by lesson, with native-voice audio.
How does the app correct my tones?
You speak, the app listens (Whisper) and compares syllable by syllable, including the tone. It shows the expected curve and the one you produced.
I’m Việt Kiều and already understand some. Where do I start?
Take a level’s placement test: pass it and its lessons are validated at once. You start where you really are.
